Navigating the Dashboard: Program Users
Program Users will have access to 2 sections of HSNYonline:
“Program”: This section is for all Quarterly Reports. Quarterly Reports are automatically generated and will appear approximately 1 month into the quarter.
“Outreach”: This section is for all Outreach Requests - this includes the 2 required activities per campaign, which are automatically generated, as well as any additional Outreach created by the user.
To edit Account details, click on your name in the upper right hand corner; click on My Profile. From here, you can edit your name and/or add your phone number
To locate the FAQ or Support Tickets, click on the Help button in the upper right hand corner. You can navigate through the Help page for helpful information.
To open the quarterly report or an outreach request, click on the hyperlinked Description/Slogan. The link will always be in the first column of your dashboard.
