Navigating the Dashboard: Fiscal Users

Fiscal Users will have access to 2 sections of HSNYonline:

• “Budget”: This section is for the subcontractor’s annual budget. The budget will automatically be generated by the system and placed on the dashboard annually.

• “Voucher”: This section is for the subcontractor’s vouchers. Vouchers will automatically by generated by the system and placed on the dashboard monthly.

To edit Account details, click on your name in the upper right hand corner; click on My Profile. From here, you can edit your name and/or add your phone number

To locate the FAQ or Support Tickets, click on the Help button in the upper right hand corner. You can navigate through the Help page for helpful information.

To open the budget or a voucher, click on the hyperlinked Description. The link will always be in the first column of your dashboard.
